The lobby of the prestigious 1111 Brickell Avenue building
has just undergone a full renovation. SFC completed the
project in record time and without interruption to the
building’s tenants and clientele.
Flagler Development has entrusted the completion of
three projects in Miami-Dade County to SFC. SFC has
completed over 116,000 square feet of mixed use/industrial
space for the developer.
SFC has once again been selected and has completed another
Robert Half location at Waterford at Blue Lagoon. Robert
Half insisted that SFC be selected based on their past track
record. SFC has built three (3) locations during 2012 and
2013, all of which were on schedule.
The engineering firm of Kimley-Horn has just opened their
Plantation, Florida office at Lakeside Office Center. SFC
was able to meet their expectations and tight schedule for
occupancy of the 11,000 square foot offices.
